Current Collection

A range of projects testing the limits of sustainability with different techniques and styles.

Make one of these unique pieces a talking point in your home or business.

Yakisugi Bench

Designed with the intent of utilizing one single reclaimed joist in a way that appears simple yet elegant

Yakisugi Talking Table

Inspired by the Lake Christine Fire in 2018, this piece integrates the Yakisugi technique (charred wood), with basalt stone sourced from the heart of the wildfire, and brushed brass to show the melding of materials into a platform that is inherently tactile and communal

Spalled Basalt Stools

Created to be in tandem with the talking table, these stools utilize "spalled" Basalt, which is the process in which a wildfire gets hot enough to make nearby rocks and boulders expand and shear off their outer layers. This creates a natural concave shape, which when shaped and polished can provide a natural seat.

Joist Coffee Table

Complimentary to the Yakisugi Bench, this piece showcases the natural grain and color of Yellow Cedar that was commonly used to build many Western Slope ranches in the early 1900s.

Joist Console Table

Integrating reclaimed steel angles with joists from a Meeker Ranch, this was an experiment in showing how all components can be disassembled at the end of it's lifecycle and respectively recycled and/or re-used.
